Mrs Watson, Headteacher forms the Leadership Team with Mrs James, Deputy Headteacher and Mrs Knight who is the school's Assistant Headteacher and SENCo.  They work collaboratively with the Phase Leaders and strive for the best learning experience for the Highbury pupils and  school community.
